With our factories located in Vietnam and China, fully equipped with facilities for lean production, we are capable of manufacturing all-metal step ladders in-house at a large production volume.

A step stool is a self-supporting, foldable, portable ladder that is halfway between a stool and a ladder. It usually has no more than three steps, is non-adjustable in length, and is 32 inches or less in overall size. Steps on stepstools must be no less than 8 inches apart and no more than 12 inches apart, as measured between the centerlines of the steps, according to OSHA's General Industry Standard. Step stools provide a lift of a few feet beyond your natural reach. Mostly designed for interior use, the step stool is handy without being cumbersome.

Due to their size, step stools aren't designed to carry weights exceeding 300-350 lbs. unless they are specially designed for specific purposes, such as:

  • A boost to reach for replacing bulbs, reaching high cabinets or shelves, hanging wall art, and cleaning areas above normal reach.
  • Assistive mobility devices for seniors to help them get in and out of bed or the bathtub.
