Order processing flow for B2B customers
Working with well-known customers around the world, WOODEVER fully understands customers' requirements and the difference in regulations of each region. As we believe a pleasant partnership starts from better communication, we would like to ensure that every client is fully aware of the general procedure before sending your inquiry.
ORDER PROCESS
Step 1. Inquiry
「Win the business opportunity with customer is our priority work」After received your inquiry, our experienced sale will contact with you in the soonest time to understand your purpose about business type, project scope or customization idea then provide you the best solution. Meanwhile, we will also advise customer of suitable material, engineering design and capacity on the product.
Step1-2. Engineering Drawing (non-essential)
Engineering drawings, similar sample or hand drawing help us quickly understand the customized project. Providing drawing to demonstrate your unique idea give us a specific idea about the customized project. If customer has relevant information, welcome to provide for our reference, don’t worry this is not a necessary step, we can still customize your project if you don’t have any drawing.
Step 2. Quotation
After discussion, we will offer customer a formal quotation sheet with a clear product description including size dimension, packaging type and relative certification alongside with project planning if it is a customized hand truck. The lead-time and trade term will also provide in the quotation.
Step 3. Delivery
We offer sample according to customer's request, the sample will be arranged as soon as all the detail have been confirmed. For existing model, average lead-time will take 7-14 days and customized sample depends on the scale of project. Generally, we will ensure the hand truck capacity and component are well function and compliant with certificate or safety regulations of local region.
Step 3-1. Prototyping (non-essential)
Prototyping is not a necessary step for building new items or mass-produced model. However, if customers have to check first about the shape, size, or function, building prototype will be a good way before mess production begin. The prototype will build by 3D printer, CNC mockup, Laser Cutting or sample molds.
Step 4. Detail Confirmed
To ensure that each hand truck delivered in perfect condition to our customers, at this stage, we will discuss with the customer regarding packaging type, artwork label design. If the prototype needs to modify, we will inspect and fine-tune the hand truck according to customer's advise to ensure a consensus of product quality.
Step 5. Order Placed
When receiving official order from customer after all the detail confirmed, we will provide proforma invoice with shipping date for sign back as final confirmation. We will arrange material procurement and production after receiving final confirmation.
Step 6. Production Arrange
「On time delivery is our promise toward every customer」The production process will start as soon as we received the signed back PI. Bulk production will produce based on the approved sample by complete production machine in house.
Step 7. Quality Control
Our QC will do the inspection periodically during the production to ensure product quality of loading, mobility, functionality and stability. The products specs, colors, material and test results will be recorded in the IPQC report. The raw material also be inspected once arrived at the production line.
Step 8. Packaging
The hand truck packed carefully after inspection, finish product will store organizationally in neat warehouse for shipment. Customers are also welcome to request the packaging for effective storage when order arrived.
Step 9. Shipping
Average lead-time is approximately in 45-70 days based on the order quantity. For orders from abroad, dispatch in LCL or FCL by sea or airfreight are both available. We also use air shipment for small orders. Regarding the samples will shipped by express.
Step 10. After Sale Service
「Handling more than you though」We strive to implement our core value, thinking more to solute problems for the customer. Although we stringent production SOP execution, problem will happen occasionally. Each of hand truck has a one-year warranty, if any problems occur during hand truck operation, WOODEVER service personnel will assist you every step of the way to meet each problem.
